Reels – Service for Your Pflueger® Reel
We’d like to help you maintain your Pflueger® reel so that you may continue to fish with confidence. If you have an issue with your reel that requires service we suggest that you send it to our Pflueger® Factory Service Center for evaluation by a trained technician.
To help us best service your reel, please print out and complete a Product Repair/Replacement Form. Include the completed form with your reel when you send it in for repair. Also include a copy of your dated receipt if you are requesting repair under warranty. Package your reel carefully to avoid damage. We suggest sending your reel via UPS or Fed-Ex (keep the tracking number). If you would rather send your reel by mail, remember to insure your package.
Note: Residents of Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories will be billed for return shipping via registered priority mail.

Rods – Replacement of Your Pflueger® Rod
Pflueger® does not offer repair or parts for rods. If your rod failed due to a manufacturing defect and is still under warranty, we will be happy to replace it with a new rod of the same or comparable model. If your rod is within the original warranty period, Pflueger® will need to inspect your rod to determine the nature of the defect. Pflueger® is not responsible for normal wear and tear, nor failures caused by accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse or improper care. This applies to either rods purchased separately or as a combo unit.
Rods NOT covered under warranty may also be submitted for replacement for a nominal fee. Please contact us directly for details.
To help us provide the best service to you please print out and complete a Product Repair/Replacement Form. Send your complete damaged rod, a completed Product Repair/Replacement Form and a check or money order payable to Pure Fishing for $9.95 postage and handling to the address below. Also include a copy of your dated receipt if you are requesting replacement under warranty. Package your rod securely in a disposable container, as we do not return rod tubes.

Old Reels
Pflueger® has been in business for more than 100 years. We retain parts and schematics for all reels that are six years old or less. Occasionally we may have parts for older reel models. Please call us for more information.

Warranty
Warranty Information for Your Pflueger® Product
Pflueger® warrants to the original purchaser that its Pflueger® products are free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Pflueger® is not responsible for normal wear and tear, for products used commercially or for failures caused by accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse or improper care.
There are no other express warranties beyond the terms of this limited warranty. In no event shall any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, extend beyond the duration of the express warranty contained herein. In no event shall Pflueger® be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
